Take the helm and lead a team of motivated staffing professionals as an Area Market Manager with Nesco. Drive the overall success of your branch office locations through client management, sales, and team coaching and development.
A day in the life:
- Mentor, coach, lead, direct and supervise personnel including Market Managers, Program Managers and regional teams within defined area to develop, lead and coordinate sales and recruitment solutions that ensure client satisfaction and to drive profitability at the branch level
- Manage and audit Area P&L to identify trends, assess staff and resource needs, and operate within budget
- Interface with clients as needed to ensure that the client needs are being met across their territory and defined markets
- Help to identify new prospects to achieve sales targets and develop new business for longer-term growth
- Serve as a mentor and coach to all employees within the designated region
- Assist in successfully onboarding new hires within your markets
- Identify and procure major accounts including large volume users, national accounts, contracted users,
- on-site relationships, MSP, and on-site targets
- Represent all Nesco Resource service lines and resources that are in the best interest of the
- prospective customers and clients
- Assist in delivering the Nesco Resource brand
- Identify new opportunities in existing markets and look grow the prospective areas, with additional branches and stretching the geographic footprint
- Lead by example driving quality, pricing excellence, delivery, and growth while ensuring the best candidate and client experiences.
- Ensure the participation in and successful completion of formal training programs for new hires
- Resolve escalated customer and employee issues
- Represent corporate initiatives, procedures, and goals in the branch, as well as ensure compliance
- Comply with all company safety guidelines and processes.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Multiple years in the staffing industry with a proven track record of success leading both sales and delivery across a territory
- Experience implementing new initiatives and driving change with a growth-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication ability
- Strong customer service skills and business ethics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Coach and mentorship mentality focused on teams, talent planning, and employee engagement
- Driven, energetic, and tenacious; willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform at a high level of productivity
- Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition
