Would prefer someone with 3-5 years of customer service experience
Under general supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies. Assists in unloading products and deliveries. Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Follows all safety, health, security and environmental standards. May be required to perform open/close procedures. Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years related experience. Strong oral and written communications skills. Strong computer skills required; Microsoft applications. Knowledge of HVAC systems required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
