What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules across SMT and assembly operations
- Supervise and support 10–40 production employees, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
- Balance labor, materials, and equipment to meet delivery and quality goals
- Partner with Planning, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, IPC standards, and ESD/safety requirements
- Track key production metrics and support lean/continuous improvement initiatives
- 3–7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT, PCB, or electromechanical assembly)
- Previous leadership or production coordination experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- ERP/MES experience preferred
- IPC and Lean experience a plus
