Sanitation & Warehouse Operations Associate

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you someone who takes pride in a clean, organized facility and enjoys hands-on work? Our client is looking for a dependable Sanitation & Warehouse Operations Associate to play a key role in keeping their manufacturing environment safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

This position is a blend of sanitation leadership and shipping & receiving support, with opportunities to assist in production as needed. If you enjoy variety in your day and being a critical part of the operation, this could be a great fit.


What You'll Be Doing

Sanitation & Facility Cleanliness (Approximately 50%)

You'll help maintain a clean, compliant manufacturing and warehouse environment by:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing production areas, labs, warehouse floors, and maintenance spaces

  • Performing routine and scheduled cleaning of walls, floors, ducts, mats, and racks

  • Overseeing the facility sanitation program and performing weekly inspections

  • Monitoring cleaning chemicals, supplies, PPE, and hygiene stations

  • Managing pest control inspections and documenting findings

  • Recording sanitation activities and reporting any issues to the QA Manager

Shipping & Receiving (Approximately 50%)

You'll support warehouse operations by:

  • Loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments

  • Picking, staging, and building pallets for customer orders

  • Preparing materials for production runs

  • Verifying shipments and assisting with general inventory movement

Production Support (As Needed)

You may also assist with:

  • Weighing and loading ingredients per batch records

  • Operating basic manufacturing equipment

  • Packing, labeling, milling, and metal detecting finished products

  • Staging tools and materials for production and drying processes


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required (Associate's or trade degree is a plus)

  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, sanitation, or warehouse environments preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable standing for most of the day and lifting up to 60 lbs

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Forklift certification is a plus
