Position Summary
This position is responsible for the safe storage, loading, and unloading of finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. The Forklift Operator will support shipping, inventory control, and production operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and cleanliness standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and store finished film products in designated storage areas

Pull film orders for shipping using designated pick lists
-
Perform cycle counts as directed
-
Load trucks following proper procedures

Stage and load scrap material shipments
-
Perform pre-shift inspections of the packaging line
-
Note and report any defects identified during inspections

Replenish packaging materials (stretch wrap, labels, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production areas, including sweeping and cleaning around equipment

Follow all work instructions associated with job processes

Maintain proper documentation and organization of the production area

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
-
2–3 years of solid forklift experience
-
Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment
-
At least 3 years of experience loading trailers
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work at a fast and safe pace
-
Previous forklift experience required
Work Schedule:
8:00am-4:00pm M, W, F
Depending on production needs
Pay:
$16.50/hr,
