Position Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Knightdale, NC
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual preferred


Position Overview

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the HR Manager across all core human resources functions for PCX. This role partners closely with leadership at all levels to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and training initiatives while helping to maintain a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage open requisitions and partner with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through professional communication and onboarding

  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements

  • Support the development, coordination, and administration of company training programs

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, including new hires and annual open enrollment

  • Support the development, communication, and administration of company HR policies

  • Lead or assist with investigations into employee complaints and recommend resolutions or employment actions

  • Coordinate and support the performance review process to ensure consistency and compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR department records

  • Track employee anniversaries and support employee recognition initiatives

  • Participate in the design and implementation of employee engagement and retention programs

  • Assist the HR Manager with employee relations matters, including documentation and follow-up

  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to employment law

  • Help plan and coordinate office culture and engagement activities

  • Perform additional ad-hoc assignments and cross-functional HR projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Human Resources

  • Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices

  • Experience using an HRIS and talent management systems

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting on HR-related metrics

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
