Overview
We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across fulfillment, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and purchasing support. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment while developing and coaching team members.
Monday - Friday, 8a -5p
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Oversee fulfillment, material handling, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA/cGMP, OSHA, and company standards.

Plan labor and resources to meet production schedules and volume demands.

Verify availability and documentation of raw materials and finished goods.

Assist with purchasing, vendor communication, and product replenishment.

Troubleshoot workflow issues and recommend improvements.

Support continuous improvement in efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers.
Qualifications
Required:

High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus).

5 years of warehouse/logistics/manufacturing leadership experience.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer proficiency; WMS/ERP experience preferred.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Preferred:

Forklift certification.
-
Experience with EDI, retail compliance, and major distribution networks (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).

Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement exposure.

Experience with WMS implementation or optimization.

Bilingual English/Spanish.
