Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Engineering & IT

Duties & Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the growth of Engineering and/or Information Technology teams.

• Build Talent Acquisition expertise by strengthening relationships, processes, and technology.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership on recruiting strategy and alignment to company goals.

• Demonstrate proven success hiring talent across critical Engineering and/or IT functions.

• Contribute to teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the TA and HR organizations.

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver enhanced value to customers.

• Approach daily work with ownership, ethics, responsibility, and discipline, understanding the impact on customers, the company, and personal growth.

• Define and build talent programs that support business objectives, applying a sales-minded, consultative approach.

• Foster a data-driven recruiting environment by leveraging metrics and trends to drive results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Experience in high-volume recruiting.

• Strong background recruiting mechanical, electrical, firmware engineers, project managers, and product managers highly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects and initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and create buy-in with key stakeholders.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and present data to multiple audiences.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformative, high-growth environment.
