Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Engineering & IT
Duties & Responsibilities

Play a critical role in the growth of Engineering and/or Information Technology teams.

Build Talent Acquisition expertise by strengthening relationships, processes, and technology.

Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership on recruiting strategy and alignment to company goals.

Demonstrate proven success hiring talent across critical Engineering and/or IT functions.

Contribute to teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the TA and HR organizations.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver enhanced value to customers.

Approach daily work with ownership, ethics, responsibility, and discipline, understanding the impact on customers, the company, and personal growth.

Define and build talent programs that support business objectives, applying a sales-minded, consultative approach.

Foster a data-driven recruiting environment by leveraging metrics and trends to drive results.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.

Experience in high-volume recruiting.

Strong background recruiting mechanical, electrical, firmware engineers, project managers, and product managers highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and create buy-in with key stakeholders.

Ability to gather, analyze, and present data to multiple audiences.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformative, high-growth environment.
