(Long Term) Temporary Sanitation Worker
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Hours: 12pm-8:30pm; Monday through Friday
Our client, a well-established food manufacturing facility in Montgomery, PA, is looking for reliable Sanitation Worker to help keep production areas clean, safe, and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working independently, and being part of a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do:

Follow all safety rules including Lockout/Tagout, proper PPE, correct lifting techniques, and safe chemical handling

Disassemble and reassemble production equipment for deep cleaning

Clean machinery and production areas by rinsing, foaming, scrubbing, sanitizing, and performing CIP (Clean-In-Place) tasks

Ensure all sanitation activities meet food safety guidelines and quality standards

Complete and return sanitation records and tools at the end of each shift

Communicate any food safety or equipment concerns to the Sanitation Supervisor

Support additional sanitation tasks as needed to maintain a safe, clean facility
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous sanitation, manufacturing, or food production experience is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting

Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods

Comfortable using sanitation chemicals and high/low-pressure hoses

Ability to read and follow written instructions, especially regarding chemical usage

Willingness to work weekends and overtime when needed

Basic math skills
