Billing Administrator – Opportunity to Support a High-Impact Operations Team

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and track billing information using Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and similar tools
Create and submit invoices through a variety of client billing portals
Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with customers, Financial Controls, and Project Management
Ensure all invoices meet client contract requirements, internal guidelines, and billing standards
Enter invoices and credit memos into the accounting system accurately and efficiently
Verify payroll hours and billing rates against timesheets and contract terms
Support monthly Work-in-Process (WIP) reporting by confirming billing and payment activity
Assist the Billing Supervisor by compiling documentation for internal and external audits
Monitor overdue invoices and help resolve outstanding payment issues
Maintain accurate billing records and perform additional administrative duties as needed
