Primary responsibilities would include:

  • Work closely with clients on the administration and servicing on Life insurance policies
  • Working with insurance carriers and work as a liaison for the company and clients
  • Provide reports to the clients and internal management and key metrics pertaining to life insurance policies
  • Ensure timely and accurate premium payments; follow up on any discrepancy
  • Maintain proper documentation for existing insurance policies and client files
 
Candidate profile should include:
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field; experience will be considering in lieu of a Degree
  • 3 years of experience in insurance/policy administration; life insurance preferred
  • Strong MS Office experience including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service and communicative skills
