Primary responsibilities would include:
- Work closely with clients on the administration and servicing on Life insurance policies
- Working with insurance carriers and work as a liaison for the company and clients
- Provide reports to the clients and internal management and key metrics pertaining to life insurance policies
- Ensure timely and accurate premium payments; follow up on any discrepancy
- Maintain proper documentation for existing insurance policies and client files
Candidate profile should include:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field; experience will be considering in lieu of a Degree
- 3 years of experience in insurance/policy administration; life insurance preferred
- Strong MS Office experience including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent customer service and communicative skills
