Project Manager
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee complex industrial projects from start to finish.
In this role, you’ll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to deliver high-value solutions in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for industrial and manufacturing projects
- Act as the main point of contact for Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customers
- Maintain communication and alignment across departments on project scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify and manage long-lead items
- Conduct regular project status updates, reporting progress and risk mitigation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and compliance standards
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing manufacturing or industrial projects from concept through completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make timely decisions
- Understanding of manufacturing supply chains or air cooler systems a plus
- PMP® Certification preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
- 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial operations
