What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a 5-Year Criminal Background Check & 10-Panel DOT Regulated Drug Test
As a Hub Operator, you’ll:
- Operate and maintain the Natural Gas Plant
- Perform filter changes, start/stop compressors, and issue hot work permits
- Work closely with mechanics and I&E personnel to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Gather, record, and report daily operational numbers
- Follow LOTO procedures and ensure a safe working environment
- 90-day training period at 40 hours/week
- Work 12-hour shifts after training
- Day and night shift work required
- Able to work in all environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Responsible and reliable
- Strong communication skills with field personnel and supervision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Oil & gas industry experience is a plus
- Hands-on, dynamic work environment
