Flushing Supervisor
We’re seeking a Flushing Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role oversees production processes, ensures quality and safety standards are met, and drives continuous improvement across the department.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily flushing operations to meet production goals.
- Monitor and maintain process efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of technicians while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Enforce safety and environmental standards in line with OSHA and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma principles.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of industrial cleaning or flushing processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production reporting and ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
