Sign Assembler - 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and finish custom signage, awards, and specialty printed products using adhesives, tools, and detailed production techniques

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards

Package, label, and prepare completed items for shipment

Follow detailed work orders and client-specific production requirements
-
Operate and maintain shop equipment including saws, drills, shears, and sandblasting units
-
Apply masking and sandblast materials for custom finishes when required
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Experience working with small parts, hand tools, or "craft-style” materials (X-Acto knives, glue guns, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort operating shop machinery
-
Experience with metals, plastics, or sign materials a plus
-
Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Work Environment & Schedule:
-
Fast-paced production setting with deadline-driven projects
-
Monday–Friday schedule; occasional overtime or weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to stand or sit for long periods
-
Lift and move materials weighing between 5–50 lbs
-
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
