Evening Team Leader- Mansfield, PA
Schedule: 12:30pm to 9pm
Pay: $13/hr
Nesco Resource is looking for a reliable and motivated Evening Team Lead to oversee our Prep team. This role is hands-on and involves assisting with packaging, organization, and workflow coordination.
Responsibilities:

Lead and support the prep team to ensure daily goals are met.

Oversee packing and preparation of products according to quality and safety standards.

Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Label, seal, and prepare items for shipment accurately.

Monitor inventory levels, track progress, and report discrepancies.

Collaborate with management to improve productivity and workflow processes.

Train and guide team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or prep environment preferred.

Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Familiarity with shipping, receiving, or warehouse management systems preferred.
