What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations for the assembly team
- Assign tasks, train team members, and monitor quality and safety
- Read blueprints, oversee fit and torque, and inspect final assemblies
- Work with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to keep production moving
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in mechanical or manufacturing assembly
- Experience leading or mentoring a production team
- Strong blueprint reading and tool-handling skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
