In this leadership role, you'll manage high-profile roadway, highway, and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You'll guide a skilled team of engineers, oversee plan development, and partner with public and private clients to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation solutions. What You'll Do

Lead design and development of roadway, interchange, and drainage projects across Ohio and the surrounding region.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables while mentoring junior staff.

Collaborate with local, county, and state transportation agencies to ensure compliance and innovation in design.

Perform detailed plan reviews, design calculations, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and constructability.

Manage client relationships and provide trusted technical insight from project kickoff through completion.

Contribute to creative, data-driven solutions for transportation challenges using the latest in CAD and design software.
What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Transportation Engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio.

10 years of experience in civil/transportation design (ODOT experience strongly preferred).

Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer (ORD) or similar software.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills able to manage multiple priorities and mentor others.
