Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Forklift Driver to join our team. This role is key in keeping warehouse and greenhouse operations running smoothly by safely moving products, supporting production lines, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
What You’ll Do

Safely load/unload shipments and move products to proper storage areas.

Support packing lines with accurate produce from inventory.

Transfer garbage/compost to outside bins and maintain a clean, debris-free workplace.

Perform daily forklift inspections and minor maintenance.

Practice FIFO and maintain accurate inventory records.

Keep warehouse secure, neat, and organized.

Assist in greenhouse operations during cleanout season
What We’re Looking For

Valid forklift training/certification.

1 year of forklift operating experience required.

Safety-focused and attentive to detail.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good written, verbal, and listening skills.

Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented.
Working Conditions

Warehouse may be hot or cooled depending on the season.

Work with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, climb in/out of forklift for 8–15 hours per shift.
