Compressor Mechanic

Be a vital part of our team, ensuring the seamless operation of compressor systems. Your skills in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing compressors and engines will significantly contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities

• Repair and Maintenance: Overhaul and maintain compressors ranging from 250 to 1200 HP, ensuring optimal performance.
• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose engine and compressor failures, addressing electrical systems and controls, including unit control panels.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize computer skills and engine-specific software for effective maintenance operations.
• Mechanical Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections with specialized tools to ensure equipment reliability.
• Emergency Response: Provide emergency services and participate in on-call rotations for quick issue resolution.
• Preventive Maintenance: Deliver field mechanical services for centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years with compressors and electrical engines, plus knowledge of production equipment.
• Location: Must reside within a 150-mile radius of the location.
• Mobility: Ability to drive up to 300 miles per day.
• Technical Skills: Experience with pumping units, plunger lifts, and related equipment.
• Documentation: Proficiency in computer documentation and data entry.
• Compliance: Willingness to undergo background checks and pass DOT drug screening.
