Assembly Technician
Tulsa, OK | $20–$22/hour | Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM (Work 36, get paid 40!)We’re seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join a growing Tulsa-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical work, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and wants a pathway to a permanent position!
What You’ll Do
- Assemble & Install: Install and align tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units per engineering specs and work instructions.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure precise assembly.
- Use Tools with Accuracy: Measure, align, and secure components using hand and power tools.
- Inspect for Quality: Check assemblies for accuracy, fit, and finish before final inspection.
- Maintain Work Area: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and workspace.
- Work Safely: Follow all safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1 year of mechanical assembly.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Hands-On Ability: Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation.
- Equipment Skills: Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision, quality, and safety.
- Dependable: Reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Able to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature variations).

- Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Friday–Sunday 5:00AM - 5:30PM (Weekend Shift)
- Training: Monday–Thursday for training.
