Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator supports the team and warehouse logistics by performing general clerical and operational activities. This position requires strong computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse systems quickly. The coordinator will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including documentation, inventory tracking, and order processing, while ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clerks, and management.
Key Responsibilities

Perform clerical tasks in support of warehouse operations under general supervision.

Assist clerks with receiving incoming orders and checking drivers out.

Support will-call processes, including preparing and organizing outgoing orders.

Maintain and update order status in Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Replenish labels, distribute gloves, and handle general administrative supplies.

File, sort, and maintain documentation as assigned by management.

Respond to general inquiries following established company procedures and policies.

Ensure tasks are completed efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Required Skills / Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience: 1–5 years of related experience (warehouse experience preferred but not required)

Technical Skills:

Proficient with computers; able to learn new systems quickly

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) preferred

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) a plus
