The Sealer technician will be hand applying automotive seam sealer (like caulk for water proofing) in the Client building.
shift times would be Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM. 40 hours/week.
- Previous automotive sealing/ coating application experience preferred, not required
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions accurately
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Level I: 0-3 years.
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine operations in a research and development setting. Job duties consist of
- Hand (manual) application of Automotive Seam Sealer to parts/vehicles using flow brush
- Adherence to customer specifications and requirements
- Coordinates/executes process sequencing, parts, pilot unit handling
- Operating 2 post vehicle lift
- Loading/moving parts and vehicles in and out of curing ovens
- Follows site and company EHS guidelines
- Follows site hazardous materials handling/hazardous waste handling procedures
