About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Industrial Engineer to join a thriving manufacturing operation in Claremore. This is a highly visible role where you’ll take ownership of process improvements, production layouts, and efficiency initiatives that drive measurable results. The right candidate will bring a balance of technical skill, creativity, and analytical thinking to help optimize systems and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities

Optimize Layouts: Design and refine production floor layouts to enhance workflow and reduce material handling.

Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and increase throughput using data-driven solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods to improve quality, efficiency, and safety.

Plan for Expansion: Evaluate capacity and recommend layout or equipment adjustments for future growth.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Design, R&D, and Production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Implement Change: Lead projects that integrate new equipment, enhance production flow, and minimize downtime.

Standardize Processes: Develop SOPs, process maps, and best practices to ensure consistent, sustainable operations.

Drive Cost Reduction: Identify waste and implement improvements that reduce cost and increase productivity.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)

5 years of industrial or process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong background in layout design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement tools

Proficiency in CAD/CAM and engineering design software

Experience with Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement frameworks

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
Work Environment
This position is based in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility with a collaborative, hands-on culture. Occasional travel may be required for vendor visits, audits, and equipment evaluations.
