Project Analyst – Shared Services

Location: Phoenix, AZ (50–75% domestic travel required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (extended hours/weekends as needed during project phases)

Position Summary

The Project Analyst partners with the Finance Controlling team to define, streamline, and improve business processes within Oracle Fusion ERP. This role focuses on finance and supply chain transactions, inventory management, and process optimization while serving as a subject matter expert and consultant to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance Controllers at the manufacturing plant to improve understanding of finance transactions and inventory flows.

• Resolve complex system and process issues; work with business and IT teams to implement corrective measures.

• Serve as subject matter expert, recommending solutions, best practices, and process improvements.

• Streamline workflows and communicate improvement opportunities to management.

• Provide expertise in GAAP, finance systems, and ERP applications.

• Support project components, including risk identification and process design.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3 years of experience with finance/supply chain transactions and inventory management in Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Strong functional finance system knowledge of Oracle Fusion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
