Customer Service Specialist – Tax Services
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Schedule: M-F 8AM–5PM
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Tax Services team. In this role, you’ll provide support to clients, ensure accurate and timely resolution of tax-related items, and help maintain compliance while delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, documenting all interactions

Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution in line with service standards

Research, troubleshoot, and resolve tax-related issues, notices, and filings

Assist clients with account registrations and related tasks

Enter and verify data, create spreadsheets, and complete payment/filing tasks as assigned

Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, policies, and procedures

Stay organized and prioritize time-sensitive responsibilities in a high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus

2 years of work experience in customer service, tax, payroll, or related field preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, Oracle, MasterTax, Prism, Salesforce, or similar systems is helpful but not required

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
