Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Treasury & Insurance (Part-Time, Temporary)
Position Overview:
Seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Treasury and Insurance departments. Responsibilities include managing document retention, scanning Certificates of Insurance (COIs), organizing SharePoint and Teams sites, registering vehicles with the DMV, organizing bonds, assisting with insurance claims follow-up, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Open and sort mail

Scan and organize documents, including COIs

Maintain and update SharePoint and Teams sites

Register company vehicles with DMV

Organize and track bonds
-
Assist with insurance claims and follow-up tasks

Request insurance certificates and auto ID cards

Create and update spreadsheets
-
Perform general administrative support as required
