Nesco Resource is recruiting for an experienced Recruiter for a well-established company that is located in the Williamsport area. This is an excellent Direct Placement Opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communications and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Extend job offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.
- Stay updated on employment laws, hiring trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Ability to assess candidates' soft skills and cultural fit.
- A bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, human resources, or related roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and resume databases.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $60,000 to $65,000/year (depending on experience)
Travel: 0-25%
