- Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour, based on experience and education

As a Client Recruiter and Event Attendant, you'll represent Access Health at community events, promote our services, and help enroll individuals into our programs. You'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and showcasing the work of Community Health Workers (CHWs) through public engagement and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend community events to promote Access Health and recruit clients
- Set up and staff event tables, distribute materials, and speak knowledgeably about CHW services
- Take high-quality photos of CHWs and clients during events and visits (with signed photo releases)
- Maintain and update an event calendar, including CHW rotation and monthly submissions to Supervisor
- Prepare and transport event materials, including "event buckets,” tents, tables, and flyers
- Contact and follow up with inactive referrals and complete documentation
- Deliver or restock flyers and promotional materials at partner locations
- Provide office support and complete assignments as directed
- Submit timely supply requests for event needs
- Lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and drive to event locations as needed
- 18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Previous experience as a CHW and ability to explain the function of Access Health
- Familiarity with Stark County and local resources (preferred)
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel throughout Stark County
- Strong organizational skills with a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Comfortable using a camera or phone to take photos for marketing and outreach
- Ability to represent the agency's mission with enthusiasm and professionalism
