What You'll Do
Executive & Administrative Support

Serve as a trusted partner to our C-suite and senior leaders, ensuring they remain focused, informed, and efficient

Own complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and contract workflow processes

Prepare polished reports, presentations, and internal documents that keep teams aligned and inspired

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Client & Operational Coordination

Support the PSA (Professional Services Agreement) process, including document management and follow-ups

Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, track activity, and support data-driven decisions

Play a vital role in onboarding new clients and internal team members—ensuring a seamless, elevated experience

Create and analyze Excel reports to uncover insights and support operational planning
Event Planning & Execution

Lead logistics for key meetings, internal trainings, and impactful client-facing events

Manage vendor relationships, prepare event materials, and oversee seamless execution on-site and virtually

Deliver engaging experiences that reflect our high standards and commitment to excellence
What Sets You Apart

5 years of administrative or executive support experience, including support of multiple leaders
-
1–2 years of event planning experience with a track record of successful execution

Experience working within a C-suite, ministry, or client-centric corporate environment
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you're clear, professional, and concise

Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset

Known for staying one step ahead and bringing calm to chaos
