Customer Service Representative

Starting Wage: $17/hr - $18/hr
Hours: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Mon- Fri
Location: Toledo, OH

Skills Needed:

1. Past Customer Service experience, primarily on phones & through e-mail in a business to business setting preferred.
2. Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook.
3. Experience with Oracle based software is a benefit although not required.
4. Past Printing experience is a benefit however not required.
5. Clear professional written and verbal communication skills is essential.
6. Ability to make decisions on the go with sound reason and good judgement.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
8. Reliability – We need our employees here every day and on time. This is important and poor attendance will not be tolerated.
9. Ability to read a ruler.
10. Must work well with others, help others and support the team is essential.

1. Responding to Customer calls
2. Responding to Customer e-mails
3. Generating quotes within our proprietary quoting software.
4. Handling further customer questions/credits and other order related questions.
5. Entering customer orders within our proprietary order entry software.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
