Salary up to $90K
We're looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with discovery, cite-checking/Shepardizing, and e-filing in both state and federal courts.
Responsibilities:

Draft cover letters and legal correspondence

Organize and maintain client files (electronic & hard copy)

Index and summarize documents and depositions
-
Perform basic legal and factual research

Support discovery and motion practice (drafting/preparing documents as appropriate)
Requirements:
-
5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experienced with discovery, cite-checking/Sherardizing, and e-filing in both state and federal courts.

Strong multitasking and follow-up skills

Excellent attention to detail

Comfortable handling document-intensive cases

Proficiency in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
