The Network Support Technician is responsible for IT operations in the facility (or facilities) for which they are responsible. This includes all activities related to infrastructure (design, implementation, and on-going maintenance), as well as end user support activities. This position will work both independently and as part of the larger Enterprise IT Operations team. Will also provide support, as needed, to other facilities (existing or acquired).
MUST
o 5-10 years relevant experience (minimum)
o Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
o Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
o Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
o Bachelor's Degree
o Cisco OS knowledge
o Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
o Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
o Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
o Strong interpersonal skills
o Requires Telecommunication systems experience
o Willingness to travel
o experience in Customer Service or Consumer Affairs.
PREFERRED
o Requires Cisco Unity Telephone system experience
