Job Title: Digital Designer
Job Type: Part-Time (30 hours per week)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Job Overview:
The Corporate Communications Team Digital Designer supports the team by enhancing and illustrating messaging through high-quality visual content. This role ensures that Key's brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communications and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop UI elements and visual design language to create intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Design visual assets that complement Corporate Communications messaging, including:
- Key Connect pages/sites
- Hero graphic tiles, logos, reports, presentations, infographics, and emails
- Test graphics across various media to ensure compatibility across mobile devices
- Ensure alignment with Key's Brand Guidelines in both internal and external communications
- Manage projects of varying length and complexity while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Design Key Connect home page, hero graphics, and Company News stories
- Collaborate with teams to optimize messaging design for enhanced engagement
- Create on-brand visual designs that align with business strategy while prioritizing user experience
- Partner with Key's Design Studio, technology teams, UX designers, and engagement managers for high-quality creative execution
- Conduct usability testing to refine assets and improve audience engagement
- Design assets for CEO and C-Suite messaging
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Experience & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of typography, color, and production best practices
- Experience in information architecture and wireframe development
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests
- Ability to work cross-functionally and efficiently within a team
- Advanced understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Commitment to continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
