Description:
We are seeking an experienced Municipal Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal design and project management, including stormwater, paving, and capital improvement projects. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership skills who can effectively prioritize tasks and communicate with staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct municipal design and review work with 5 years of experience
- Review plan drawings for compliance with Zoning and SALDO requirements
- Attend planning, zoning, and board/council meetings
- Schedule staff for reviews and inspections
- Ensure MS4 compliance requirements are met
- Prepare paving program recommendations with municipal representatives
- Design and oversee stormwater, paving, and capital improvement projects
- Demonstrate leadership and work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Business Development
- EIT or PE certification in Pennsylvania preferred
- 5 years of staff management experience preferred
