Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a job architecture framework aligned with business needs.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Provide salary recommendations, job evaluations, and support for promotions.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop effective compensation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and best practices.
- Lead the annual salary review process and recommend adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in compensation analysis and design.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- CCP, PHR certification is a plus.
