Full time with a schedule of 8:00-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Position Overview:
- A fast-paced work environment involving interaction with customers, Field Sales Representatives, Quality Control, Logistics, and Product Management departments.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills required
- Familiarity with company products, processes and procedures through intense training period
- Ability to fulfill customers' needs with respect to quotations, order entry, and order statuses
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the customer service field, preferably 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must have general knowledge of how the Customer Service Dept. works within a manufacturing environment
- General computer skills, MS Office
- AS400 and Access familiarity a plus
- Must be detail oriented and follow issues through to completion
