A day in the life:
- Source, interview, and select applicants for Home Care positions (including STNAs, HHA, and Caregivers)
- List job postings on job boards, corporate career websites, and other channels
- Partner with clients to develop and drive recruitment strategies
- Connect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build pipelines
- Reach out to schools and participate in community networking events to source talent
- Recruit and interview qualified candidates
- Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings, and notes into the company's candidate database
- Write job descriptions and post job ads
- Provide HR management support as needed for contract employees
What You'll Do:
- Source, engage, and onboard top-tier caregivers and healthcare professionals who share our mission of providing exceptional home care.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and implement creative recruitment strategies.
- Track metrics, optimize processes, and celebrate hiring victories!

- Experience: Must have Home Health or Caregiver Experience
- Reliable Transportation: Must be able to commute to the office each workday.
