Nesco Resource, a 14-time Best in Staffing Award winner, is looking for Data Entry Professionals for a reputable non-profit organization based in Valley View. This is an on-site, first shift opportunity with a starting pay of $17/hour.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll provide essential support to the construction news and reporting team. You'll manage the flow of incoming information, handle data entry tasks, and assist with both digital and physical document processing.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter data into the internal database and ensure accuracy.
- Assist visitors or members by phone or in person.
- Conduct digital research on websites and publications.
- Scan and process documents for the construction news website.
- Call appropriate contacts for project information.
- Support various departments and assist with front desk duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma (some office experience required, college preferred).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) and knowledge of Adobe or similar programs.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
- Independent and self-motivated, yet able to work in a team environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible).
