Pay: $15.00 an hour
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays
Position Overview:
As a Home Decor Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking assistance with home decor products and services. You will assist customers in navigating product offerings, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their purchases. This role requires a strong understanding of home decor trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide personalized assistance to customers regarding product information, pricing, availability, and order status.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the home decor products and services offered.

Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system. Coordinate with internal teams, such as warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and product issues promptly and effectively. Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and office fax machine.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background screen.
