Nesco Resource is sourcing for an Advanced CNC Machinist for our client in Madison Heights, MI.
Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday (overtime based on production needs)
Job Overview:
- Setup and operate Mazak, Doosan, Hyundai and/or Okuma CNC Lathes.
- Perform setups, tool changes and adjustments per machine specs.
- Make 1st piece inspections to prints.
- Adjust speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts to prints.
- Experience with HMI's and performing program edits at the machine helpful.
- 3 years of CNC Lathe setup and operation
- 3 years of CNC Mill setup and operation
- Ability to program in G and M codes if necessary.
- Ability to read prints.
- Ability to read Mics and Calipers
- Ability to change fixtures and tooling.
