We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Analyst to play a key role in our company's migration from a legacy on-premises ERP system to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the data migration process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map data from the legacy ERP (JDE) system to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Perform data cleansing and validation activities to ensure high-quality data is migrated to the new system.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with other enterprise applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.3
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the new Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system and its functionalities.
- Document data migration processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP releases and updates, and implement necessary changes or enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator), and scripting languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
