- Responsible for the management of hard copy documentation, such as laboratory reports and archived data.
- File, manage, and track documentation.
- Review and file archived paperwork of geological studies and supporting documentation.
- Match archived paperwork with data available in the company database.
- Create an online file grouped by customer.
- Inventory existing physical collection of reports.
- Matching all physical copies of reports with an online copy
- Identify gaps or missing information in the online catalog
- Come up with suggestions on ways to improve the quality of the digital database
- Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required
