Position: CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, occasional Saturday's 6:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pay: $17 per hour

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team for the 1st shift at our Oberlin, OH facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing capacity operating CNC Turning, Vertical, and Horizontal machining centers.

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Turning, Vertical, and Horizontal machining centers (Okuma/Mazak machines)
- Make tool adjustments and change tooling
- Maintain equipment and perform routine checks
- Read and interpret basic blueprints
- Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measure to check dimensions
- Make tool adjustments, change inserts, and ensure product specifications are met
- Basic computer knowledge is desired
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing capacity operating CNC machines
- Familiarity with Okuma/Mazak machines is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and tape measure
- Basic computer knowledge is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
