JOB DESCRIPTION
Contribute to the proper management of product quality complaints and adverse events in accordance with company policies, directives and standard operating procedures.
Report process metrics relating to timeliness of complaint investigations and quality of complaint records.
Document and follow-up on any investigation summaries provided by supplier or manufacturer identifying root cause and any corrective actions pertaining to complaints.
Collaborate with the internal sales team when communicating with customers requiring customer outreach and follow-up.
Draft communication with suppliers and ensure follow-up with suppliers meet established workflows and service level agreements (SLA).
Acts as quality process subject matter expert as assigned to support continued process definition, mapping, and documentation.
Partners with supplier relations & procurement teams as a quality liaison to key distribution suppliers including manufacturers of products.
Manages supplier-related data within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) software application.
Collaborate with the internal teams, Master Data, Operations, Safety, Regulatory Compliance to understand new products and system attributes needed to approve products
Reviews product attributes to ensure accuracy and consistency across product lines
