Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive routings, prints, and work orders from the Plastisol Group Leader.
- Mold all plastisol PVC parts following established procedures.
- Assist in the development of new parts and prototypes as requested, including establishing process parameters and production capabilities.
- Maintain process control parameters as directed, ensuring any changes are approved by relevant management.
- Provide quality assurance within the department, working to reduce defective parts ratio and minimize scrap and waste.
- Exhibit superior personal conduct, attendance, appearance, and attitude to set an example for the team.
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with plastisol PVC molding processes is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly.
- Capability to handle 55-gallon drums.
- Willingness to stand for entirety of your shift and perform repetitive tasks.
Shift:
- 6 AM - 3:30 PM Monday Thursday, 6 AM - 12 PM Friday
Pay: $16.50 an Hour
