Nesco Resource is seeking Production Operators for a top automotive supplier in Port Huron.

Shifts:
2nd: 3pm - 11pm
3rd: 11pm - 7am
OT mandatory as production demands

Summary:
Inspects, cleans, assembles, and prepares finished parts.

Duties:

Follow specific work instructions for each job assigned
Operate machinery
Prepare parts for processing
Visual inspect parts for defects
Repair and/or rework defective parts as needed
Participate in teams and meetings to improve production
Maintain work area in accordance with 5S standards

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand 8-12 hours per day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to tolerate repetitive gripping of hand tools
Ability to twist and bend repetitively, as well as pull & tug at shoulder height consistently
Strong manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection
