HVAC Technician
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their efficient and safe operation. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting various components.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems. This may involve troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs, provide cost estimates, and explain repair or maintenance procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Complete service reports and other required documentation.
- Proficiency in working with HVAC equipment, knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems, and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Universal EPA certificate preferred.
