Hydraulic Cylinder Technician
Ocala
8AM TO 5PM
Mon-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assemble new hydraulic cylinders according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Disassemble and inspect used hydraulic cylinders for damage and wear.
- Repair or replace damaged components such as seals, rods, pistons, and cylinders.
- Test hydraulic cylinders for proper operation and performance.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic cylinders.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with hydraulic systems and components prefered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications prefered.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
