Responsibilities
•To sort and repackage damaged product to saleable goods meeting supplier quality standards and perform essential housekeeping duties by performing the following duties
•Other duties may be assigned
•Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties throughout the warehouse
•Reads shipping order to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
•Sort product by supplier code dates
•Band pallets and cardboard, sort returnable products, maintain specific control measures for warehouse breakage
•Comply with warehouse rotation and configuration when handling all products
Qualifications
•To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
•HS Diploma or Equivalent GED
•Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
•Be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
•While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch.
